Do you want to know the oldest wine still in production
today?
Do you want to know what wines were in King Tut’s tomb?
Would you like to know if you pair wine with the meat or the
sauce?
Tune in for the Wine Master Class with Napa Valley winemaker Kira
Ballotta and learn about her newest wine project, Cantadora.
Winemaker and founder, Kira Ballotta, has partnered with Professor Marianne Page on an organically farmed wine from the famed Shake Ridge Ranch in the Amador County AVA. This wine is featured on the lists of Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and Todd Humphries Kitchen Door, both in the Napa Valley.
Learn more about the making of this wine, a co-fermented Grenache/Syrah/Viognier blend, and the other Cantadora wines along with their purpose – to share the stories of phenomenal women giving back to our community.
Kira will discuss winemaking, ancient wine history and increase your competence in pairing wine with food in this Wine Masterclass. You can register for the event here, or you will automatically be registered when you purchase the wine to drink during the event at this link. Please register ASAP to allow time to ship the wine to your home.
