The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publishes the statistical annual Health, United States.   

This yearbook presents national trends in health statistics, including a chartbook that assesses the nation’s health.  Each edition typically includes a special feature with in-depth data on a specific topic such as emergency care or prescription drugs.
