Congressman John Garamendi speaks at an ELIPPS event.

Emerging Leaders in Policy and Public Service (ELIPPS) will host a policy education seminar series for 1 credit during academic year 2015-16. The fall quarter will be the first module of the series.

During the fall quarter, five seminars will be hosted for two hours each.
