Interdisciplinary Frontiers in the Humanities and Arts (IFHA)Symposium

Join us and explore how some of the most pivotal discoveries in the arts and humanities occur at the crossroads of academic disciplines. The Interdisciplinary Frontiers in the Humanities and Arts (IFHA) program is in its second year and supports seven interdisciplinary teams focused on addressing critically important cultural, economic, political, and social issues.

The symposium will include engaging presentations from each of the IFHA teams, an interactive poster session, and a keynote address by Professor Ann Stevens, Interim Dean of the Graduate School of Management & Director of the Center for Poverty Research who will explore the role of research universities in defining and addressing today’s grand societal challenges through policy.
